PROJECT PROCESS

The project "Growing the Future: From Beans to a Sustainable Planet" is an interdisciplinary eTwinning project that takes place from February to May, in which pupils address environmental awareness, sustainable living and active citizenship by integrating them with science, mathematics, literacy, digital competence and citizenship skills.

The project process is structured in line with a student-centered, collaborative and process-oriented learning approach. Beans in the project; It is considered as a learning metaphor representing the concepts of labor, continuity and sustainable future. Through this metaphor, it is aimed for students to realize their responsibilities towards nature and to understand environmental issues through concrete learning experiences.

MEETING AND DIGITAL CITIZENSHIP STAGE

At the beginning of the project, digital introductory presentations are prepared and shared on project platforms in order for teachers and students in project partner schools to get to know each other. Students write short texts introducing themselves, prepare presentations using digital tools, and perform avatar creation activities. This process aims to improve students' awareness of digital citizenship and e-safety.

COOPERATION AND ACTIVE CITIZENSHIP

National and international mixed school teams are formed in order to develop students' intercultural communication, cooperation and democratic participation skills. In order to strengthen the active citizenship dimension of the project, a "Planetary Managers Agreement" is prepared in line with the opinions and suggestions of the students. Students develop proposals to protect the environment, participate in joint decision-making processes, and take responsibility by signing the prepared contract.

 LOGO DESIGN

In order to reflect the identity of the project, an international mosaic logo work is carried out. Each country designs a part of the logo and the design chosen as a result of the voting held in its own school is added to the common logo. Thus, students participate in democratic decision-making processes and create a common product in cooperation.

 

RESEARCH AND AWARENESS STUDIES

Students conduct research on soil pollution and environmental problems from sources appropriate to their age level. The research results are shared in the classroom environment and visualized with a fishbone diagram study.

 

OBSERVATION AND SCIENTIFIC PROCESS SKILLS

During the application phase, students observe the plant development process by planting beans. Plant development is measured, recorded and compared at regular intervals. The data obtained are converted into tables and students' mathematical thinking and data analysis skills are developed.

PLASTIC FOOTPRINT STUDIES

ექსპერტების ინტერვიუები

ონლაინ შეხვედრები ეწყობა გარემოს დაცვისა და მდგრადი განვითარების სფეროში მომუშავე ექსპერტებთან. სტუდენტები ინტერვიუებამდე ამზადებენ კითხვებს, აქტიურად მონაწილეობენ ინტერვიუებში და მოპოვებულ ინფორმაციას მეგობრებს უზიარებენ.

გავრცელება

პროექტის შედეგები ვრცელდება სკოლის ვებსაიტების, პროექტის დაფების, პროექტის ბლოგებისა და სხვადასხვა ციფრული პლატფორმების მეშვეობით. ამრიგად, პროექტის მიზანია სკოლაზე, ოჯახსა და ადგილობრივ საზოგადოებაზე მდგრადი გავლენის შექმნა.

შეფასება

პროექტში გამოიყენება პროცესზე ორიენტირებული მრავალმხრივი შეფასების მიდგომა. მოსწავლეები ატარებენ თვითშეფასებას და თანატოლების შეფასებას. მასწავლებლები კი, დაკვირვების ფორმებისა და შეფასების ინსტრუმენტების მეშვეობით აკვირდებიან მოსწავლეთა პროგრესს საბუნებისმეტყველო მეცნიერებებში, მათემატიკაში, წიგნიერებაში, ციფრულ კომპეტენციასა და მოქალაქეობრივ უნარებში.
